HMAS Perth was one of three modified Leander-class light cruisers used by the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) during the early part of World War was built for the Royal Navy (RN) in the mids and was commissioned as HMS Amphion in The ship spent the next several years as flagship of the Africa Station before she was transferred to the RAN in and renamed as HMAS r: HM Dockyard, Portsmouth.

Hi Does anyone know if there is a list of the crew of H.M.A.S SYDNEY when she was involved in the action with the EMDEN in The Australian War Memorial has not been able to help, and the Naval Historical Research Society has not responded.
